Despite a high-quality coating, the inside of the black-coated models is prone to scratches: wood should be stacked with care. The black-coated models require more maintenance. Use of a cover is recommended.

The pizza oven is suitable to use as a regular oven. When making pizzas, the pizza stone should be placed on the smooth side of the cast-iron plate. The textured part of the plate can be used as a grill.
The OFYR Pizza Oven is a supplement for the OFYR 85 and 100 cooking units. The grill plate for the Pizza Oven 85 and 100 has been adapted to fit the corresponding cooking unit.
Ofyr Food Bumper 100 - The cooking plates of the OFYR cooking units run slightly downward towards the center. When the cooking plates are heated, the center will drop a little further down. The result is that around food such as tomatoes but also very fatty food can roll or slide to the center of the cooking plate and fall into the fire. To avoid this, the OFYR Food Bumper has been developed. The raised steel rim stops the food but still offers the possibility to scrape the cooking plate clean with the spatula and push the scrape under the rim into the fire.
Snuffer Black 100 - Manufactured from black-coated steel and equipped with a mahogany knob, please use our Snuffer Black 85, 100 and XL to safely extinguish your OFYR after use. The Snuffers are equipped with 6 bulges to prevent them from shifting when extinguishing the fire.
